1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Games4Models ("Games4Models," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Games4Models website, applications, interactive stories, browser games, digital media features, wallet services, and all related products and services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, submitting a registration application, accessing the Service, or clicking to accept these Terms where presented, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The Service is intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to refuse access, suspend, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe a User does not meet eligibility requirements or has provided false information during registration.

3. Description of the Service

Games4Models is a digital entertainment platform offering interactive narrative experiences, embedded browser games, unlockable media collections, creator profiles, and related community features. Content availability, features, and platform design may change at any time as we iterate, test, and expand the Service.

Certain features — including registration, wallet functionality, media unlocks, and full catalog access — may require an approved account. We may operate the Service in closed beta, early access, or invite-only modes where access is subject to administrative review.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. Maintenance, updates, security incidents, or third-party dependencies may result in temporary downtime or feature limitations.

4. Account Registration, Approval, and Security

To access most features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

Games4Models may require manual review of registration applications before granting full access. We may approve, deny, or revoke access at our sole discretion, including where we detect suspicious activity, policy violations, or incomplete application data.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may offer referral-based registration. Referral codes are subject to availability, expiration, usage limits, and program rules displayed at registration time.

• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account without our prior written consent.
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or approval processes.
• You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

5. Virtual Wallet, Credits, and Purchases

The Service may include a virtual wallet or balance system used to unlock content, access premium features, or participate in in-platform transactions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the point of purchase, wallet balances constitute a limited, revocable license to access digital features within the Service — not stored value, electronic money, or a deposit.

Pricing, packages, bonuses, promotional offers, and unlock costs may change at any time. Displayed amounts are shown in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

All purchases and top-ups are subject to our payment policies in effect at the time of transaction. Where payment processing is unavailable or labeled as demo or test functionality, no real-world funds may be collected and no financial entitlement arises.

Except where required by applicable law, wallet balances and digital unlocks are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value outside the Service.

6. Content, Intellectual Property, and Licenses

All software, visual assets, story scripts, game logic, trademarks, logos, UI design, and other materials made available through the Service — excluding User-provided application data — are owned by Games4Models or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Service for private, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service or its content except as expressly permitted by us.
• You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, or automate access to the Service without our prior written authorization.
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices on any materials.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, or data;
• Interferes with or disrupts the integrity, security, or performance of the Service;
• Uploads malware, exploits, bots, or harmful code;
• Harasses, threatens, defames, or abuses other users or our staff;
• Circumvents access controls, payment requirements, or geographic restrictions;
• Uses the Service for commercial solicitation without authorization;
• Collects personal information about other users without consent.

8. Third-Party Services and External Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, social platforms, creator pages, payment processors, or embedded content operated by parties other than Games4Models. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, privacy practices, or terms.

Your interactions with third parties — including subscriptions or purchases on external platforms linked from creator profiles — are solely between you and the applicable third party. Review their terms and policies before engaging.

9. Creator Checkmarks

The Service may display a checkmark or similar mark next to certain creator or model profiles. A checkmark means that, at the time of staff review, we confirmed to our satisfaction that the person depicted is a real individual, that her age is consistent with our eligibility requirements, and that she collaborates with Games4Models. That is the entire meaning of the mark.

A checkmark is not KYC, government identity verification, a background check, rights clearance, endorsement, or a warranty of any other fact — including third-party account ownership, ownership of media, ongoing affiliation, or future conduct. We may grant or revoke a checkmark at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice. You must not rely on a checkmark beyond this limited meaning.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONLYFANS GAMES DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE PRESENCE, ABSENCE, GRANT, OR REVOCATION OF ANY CHECKMARK OR SIMILAR MARK, AND FROM ANY RELIANCE YOU PLACE ON SUCH A MARK BEYOND THE LIMITED MEANING DESCRIBED ABOVE.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein, including collection of registration metadata, session information, and device signals used for fraud prevention and platform security.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONLYFANS GAMES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components, or that any content will meet your expectations.

Without limiting the foregoing, a checkmark confirms only that, at the time of staff review, the model appeared to be a real person of eligible age who collaborates with us. It is not a broader guarantee of identity, authenticity, rights, or conduct. See the Creator Checkmarks section.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ONLYFANS GAMES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ONLYFANS GAMES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Games4Models and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or is otherwise harmful to the platform or other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice through the Service or by email where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Games4Models is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of our principal place of business, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
